Create something special at our Children’s Art Center

Create something special at our Children’s Art Center

Children can create their own Carnival mask at JuntaHispana…. For free!

Carnival is a festive season which occurs immediately before Lent; the main events are usually during February. Carnival typically involves a public celebration or parade combining some elements of a circus, mask and public street party. People often dress up or masquerade during the celebrations, which mark an overturning of daily life.

Join the carnival celebration at JuntaHispana by helping your child create their own Carnival Mask at the Children’sArtCenter!

Celebrate your heritage at Junta Hispana

Cultural stage performances begin at 12noon and continue on for the entire day – until 6pm.

Our main stage features music and dance from the 20 different Spanish-speaking countries and will be hosted by some of your favorite radio personalities.

Visit our country plazas for traditional arts and crafts, and for a journey thru some of the most beautiful cultural exhibits you have ever seen!

Not planning a trip home this year?  Bring your children to our JuntaHispana country exhibits to remind them of the richness of culture that is theirs.
